Just watched a deeply insightful and interesting 2004 TED talk by Malcolm. Malcolm spends a most delightful 18 minutes talking about spaghetti sauce. If you listen closely to what Malcolm is trying to illustrate, I am fairly sure you will gain a lot of new insights.
To make this blog posting complete, I would like to share my research result on Malcolm’s hero, the reinventor of spaghetti sauce, Howard Moskowitz. Howard is currently the president of Moskowitz Jacobs Inc. (MJI, a firm Howard founded in 1981). MJI has worked with a list of the most impressive clients and my jaw simply dropped to the floor. (smile) And Howard was most generous in sharing some of his research papers in the following areas — Advertising, Direct Mail, General, Packaging, and Product Development.
