Side benefit of Maria? – The Sound of Music & My Favorite Things

The other night my better half and I had a great time watching Elicia MacKenzie got chosen for the role of Maria in The Sound of Music. During the show, my better half just kept singing along and had some fun.

So today, just for fun and without the needed professional equipment, I got her to sing in front of the tiny built-in mic in my external iSight camera (in my non-soundproofed computer room).

Now, she is not professional singer but I still think she sang pretty nice. So have a listen and I hope you enjoy them. Here is her rendition of “The Sound of Music” (in mp3, streaming audio here).
