Randy,
I’m sorry your are going thru this. I’m glad you are you doing it boldly when you can and happily as often as you find a way to laugh or smile. I’m sorry it is hardest where your family is concerned. I know a lot about that, having had both of my children murdered and lost my life during my second child’s death.
I can only say this, you are boldly going where all men go. If it weren’t for those we leave behind it is easier. Once you get there, trust me I’m the one the man Himself sent back, you are gonna love it! Every question you could ever ask you get to know the answer and it heals like only Truth does.
Speaking as the woman sent back, once you taste the otherside it is harder to learn to like being back here. Thru my journey’s in death experiences and the challenges in my life thru grief, I’ve learned grief is the greatest opportunity we will ever have to learn how to really live. Some of us, like you have already figured it out, tell the truth no matter what and laugh and love all you can.
It’s long over due that our great nation faces the fact they aren’t protecting us when in fact they know how to do it, ask any chemical engineer. Science is our friend and we must go where no man has gone before, with a conscious present state of mind and a moral compass willing to ask the hard questions and find answers.
Nothing is impossible, only some things are unlikely that’s all. We put a man on the moon we can certainly find the money to improve life by fighting for money to research the most challenging cancer of all, Pancreatic.
All of my family is gone now, each to one or another rare and unlikely form of cancer. I don’t plan on letting it get me. I’m tenacioius enough to fight for those of us undogs everyone likes to push aside. Oh, wait I’ve already had my miracle; I’m still here.
Everyone in Congress needs to learn to challenge themselves as you have Randy, and Jai. I can see one day, when they do, that’s when miracles will be common place.
Your speach was right where it needed to be. Trust that this will make a greater difference in the lives of your family than you will ever see while you are here. I know you can watch from the otherside but you can also affect change.
Wake up Congress! Fight for this brave American!
Go get’em Randy!

Hi Aash,
I hope you know that I am not Randy and I suspect he doesn’t read my blog here (even I wish he does) (smile).
