A Brief History of Errol Morris

I mentioned the Oscar winning documentary filmmaker Errol Morris in my Oscars blog entry and then I found this interesting documentary on YouTube about Morris. [Thanks to Paul Kedrosky]

By the way, Werner Herzog, the great filmmaker of Grizzly Man, was also interviewed in this film as he is a good friend of Morris. At one point in the film, Herzog actually started to eat his shoe on stage when Morris finished his first documentary. Herzog lost a friendly and encouraging bet with Morris (kind of bet that one did to push a friend). Oh, and the music of Philip Glass and his insight of Morris. And Morris’ famous Interrotron. Great stuff.
